Who we are

What we collect and why

• Enquiry & booking forms — your name, contact details, preferred clinic, the service you're interested in and anything you tell us about your problem. We use this to respond to you and arrange care. Lawful basis: steps prior to entering a contract, and consent.
• Clinical records (once you become a patient) — held in our practice-management system, not on this website. Lawful basis: provision of health care; special-category condition: health & social care.
• Website analytics — only if you accept analytics cookies. See our Cookie Policy.

Who we share it with

Your insurer (if you're claiming and have asked us to), our IT and practice-management providers under contract, and anyone we're legally required to share with. We do not sell your data or use it for third-party marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't lead to treatment: up to 12 months. Adult clinical records: at least 8 years after your last appointment, in line with professional guidance. Children's records: until age 25.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to processing. Contact us using the details above. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
