Rotator cuff problems, impingement and frozen shoulder — each needs a different plan.
The shoulder is a shallow, mobile joint that depends on the rotator cuff muscles for control. Most shoulder pain is a cuff problem or impingement and responds to loading; frozen shoulder follows its own slower course and benefits from a tailored plan and sometimes an injection.
We diagnose which shoulder problem you have and match the treatment — progressive loading for the cuff, hands-on work and stretches for stiffness, and injection therapy where the pain is blocking rehab.
Get urgent advice if you have severe or spreading weakness, numbness around the back passage, loss of bladder or bowel control, unexplained weight loss, or pain that's severe and unrelenting at night. These are uncommon but need prompt assessment.
